enmotion: I was definitely out of shape.  I couldnt run more than 4 minutes without feeling like I had just ran a 5k!  But thank you.  I know, I hear it a lot that I’m too hard on myself but again 24 years of feeling one way doesnt go away after 6 months of weight loss.  I need to remember this is a life style and bad days happen, but it doesnt define me.  If i AM inspiring others to better themselves then thats one of my main goals, and hopefully i really am.  I also want to support others, no matter how far along they are.  Support is so important!  So whether i believe peoples kind words now or not, everyones support is much appreciated.  And I will pay it forward and continue to support others xx i wanted you to know part of the reason i started following you was because I think you are an inspiration.  You have made me want to seriously start thinking about what I put into my body and how I can get back in shape even though I’m quite nervous about it.  You look amazing and you are an inspiration. keep your chin up :)
